COMPENSATION MINIMUM: $29.39
Under general supervision of the Clinical Director of the Nurse Practitioner
Service, the Coordinator of service, and the Attending Physician of Records, the
nurse practitioner is responsible for the development and evaluation of
treatment plans for inpatients. The Nurse Practitioner assists in the care and
management of cardiac patients to include, but not limited to: admission history
and physical, ongoing assessment and intervention, and coordination of care for
the cardiac inpatient population. All essential functions performed in this
position reflect the age specific needs of the patient.
Graduate from an accredited Nurse practitioner program with MS degree. Certified
by the American Nurses Association (ANA) or by the American Academy of Nurse
Practitioners (AANP) to practice in the expanded role. License must include
prescriptive privileges. Have completed a course in American Hart Association
Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Successful completion of
supervised three month clinical internship or equivalent in clinically intensive

budget.

shift, and week-end to evaluate patient care requirements, staffing needs,

issues that affect the smooth running of their unit
Bachelors Degree required / Masters preferred in Nursing from an accredited
college or university with current license to practice professional nursing in

JOB DESCRIPTION: Under general supervision of executive director and in
coordination with medical director, plans, directs, and implements all clinical

Responsible for clinical staffing - including employed and volunteer staff - and
implementation of an electronic medical record system, along with appropriate

our Chef and Dietitian in the Classroom program and our parent programs teaching
children and their parents that there is more in life than foods from
McDonald’s. Help kids and their parents to learn about real foods, whole foods
and fruits and vegetables, that taste great and are good for them. We have
requests for all grade levels and parent workshops in schools throughout the
state. School visits can be arranged when YOU are available and can be for once
or twice a school year or more. A stipend is paid for the visits along with
reimbursement for any food and supplies that are purchased. If you are
