On September 11, 2000 the Hispanic American Chamber of Commerce (HACC) was officially incorporated as a non-profit organization in the State of Rhode Island.

Our Mission

Our mission is to advocate, promote and facilitate the success of Hispanic businesses.

Business enterprises with less than 51% Hispanic ownership are not eligible for this additional benefit.
